Miles and the owners of property displayed on this Site and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials which appear on this Site. Access to this Site does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Miles’ or any third party's intellectual property rights.
Miles’ names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Miles. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.
Site Security

Additionally, you agree that you will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in the sole discretion of Miles or the property owners or other third parties affected by your action) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Miles’ infrastructure, or the bandwidth or infrastructure of the company that hosts the Site, or bypass the robot exclusion headers or other measures on the Site or on the host servers that may be used to prevent or restrict access.
Violation of the Terms
Any unauthorized use of this Site terminates the permission or license granted by Miles. Miles shall have the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your right to use or access all or any part of the Site, including any account therein, without notice and without liability to you, for any reason in Miles’ sole discretion, including if you violate any of the Terms. Miles shall have all additional rights and remedies at law and in equity arising from such violation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Miles, and its affiliates, employees, independent contractors, and agents harmless from all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to use of the Site by you or arising out of or relating to a breach by you of these Terms. If you violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, they shall have all remedies at law and in equity to enforce their rights against you to the extent applicable arising from your actions.

Miles makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate information via this Site. Miles, its employees, affiliates, and owners of property displayed on this Site make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy of information and assume no liability for any errors or omissions in any portion of the Contents. Miles reserves the right to change or discontinue any or all parts of this Site, including inventory availability and prices. All information provided through this Site is subject to change without prior notice at any time.

These Terms were last updated on May 10, 2022. Miles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. For this reason, Miles recommends that you review these Terms whenever you visit the Site. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Miles regarding the use of the Site.

You authorize Miles to send you notifications and order receipts to the email address(es) you provide.
